Oriental Weavers DropBuy – Mall Kiosk
OW DropBuy reimagines traditional carpet retail through an immersive, technology-driven experience. Inspired by circular forms and the concept of a 360° customer journey, the design integrates interactive touchscreens, curated carpet samples, QR-enabled product exploration, and AI-powered personalization through OW Studio.
Developed through extensive research into Oriental Weavers’ manufacturing heritage, existing retail environments, customer behavior, and historical circular architecture, the project bridges physical and digital retail, transforming how customers discover, experience, and purchase carpets.
