We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect Team Lead to guide and oversee
architectural design and technical execution within our interior design studio. The ideal
candidate will bring strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of
construction standards and architectural coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of architects and junior designers to deliver integrated architectural and
  interior design packages.
• Oversee the development of architectural drawings including layouts, sections,
  elevations, and construction details.
• Ensure coordination between architectural designs and structural, MEP, and ID teams.
• Review and approve project documentation to ensure technical accuracy, design intent,
  and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct internal design reviews, identify design issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to support project delivery and
  resolve design-related issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality
  benchmarks are met.
• Supervise the preparation of permit, tender, and construction documentation.
• Monitor and maintain architectural standards and best practices across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their technical and professional development.
• Stay updated on local codes, material innovations, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in architecture for interior-focused projects (residential, commercial, hospitality).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in coordinating with ID, MEP, structural, and site teams.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international building codes and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to manage high-pressure timelines.
• Ability to work independently and lead design and documentation efforts efficiently.
