We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting successful project delivery within budget.
Job Responsibilities
– Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
– Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
– Track project progress, costs, and identify variances.
– Analyze cost reports and provide recommendations to management.
– Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
– Review invoices, variations, and subcontractor payments.
– Prepare periodic cost control reports and dashboards.
Job Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related).
– 3–7 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction.
– Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
– Proficiency in Excel and cost control/reporting tools.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
